Instructions for new members

Welcome, Brothers!

Our new site has some great features for you to use and enjoy. Here are a few steps to get you started:

Signing Up!

To sign up, Click on Register Now! in the Login Panel section on the left side of the website. From here you will be required to enter some information. Since we are limiting login access to our members and select individuals, you are required to enter your first and last name. After you've completed entering your registration information you will be required to verify your e-mail address. You'll receive an e-mail with a link to complete your registration. Click on the link in your e-mail and wait for an admin of acanthus477.com to approve your request. This could take up to one day to complete. Once this is complete, you will have full access to all of our features.

FREE E-MAIL!

If you don't have an e-mail address to use for registration, or would like to have an acanthus477.com e-mail address (i.e. yourname@acanthus477.com) click on the contact us page and request a free e-mail address. Make sure to include your first and last name and the email address that you'd like to have. If you have an existing e-mail address, be sure to include that too and we'll reply back to that address with your login details. To access your free acanthus477.com e-mail account, click on the e-mail link in the members only menu when you are logged into acanthus477.com, or follow these instructions .

Posting Photos.

You'll notice that there is a 477 Photos link at the top of the website. In here you'll find photos of our events, plus you can have your own photo library. If you're ever looking for a free place to post your personal photos here's the place to do it. Once you have a valid login for our website and your registration has been validated, you can go to the photo section and click on upload photos. Your images will put into your own gallery in the Member Galleries. You'll be able to add detailed text about your image plus a few other features that you find handy. You ever have any issues using the photo posting tool, you can ask your questions in the 477 Photos support section of the forums. Remember, this is a family friendly site. Please be considerate when posting images.Photos with content that may not be suitable for all ages will be deleted by the admins of acanthus477.com.

Lodge Calendar

Although the lodge calendar is open for viewing to the public, you can request to have any calendar events that are published sent directly to you in an e-mail, keeping you up to date on all upcoming events. To request to be put on the calendar mailing list, click on the contact us page and let us know!
